Everett Chester Clifton, son of George and Elizabeth Clifton was born June 8, 1919 at Murray, Iowa and passed away at his home September 9, 1967.

He grew up at Murray in in 1940 married Monta Clifton. They moved to the Earlham, Dexter vicinity in 1945. He is survived by his wife, Monta, 3 sons, Jerry of Rockford, Ill., Arnold of Stuart and Dwight of Waukee and one grandson, Micheal.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers. Funeral services were held at Evans Funeral Home September 11 with interment at the Dexter cemetery.
