Miss Sally Berry, 84, who lived south of Winterset, died Friday. Services were held Saturday afternoon at two o’clock at the Ramsey-Richards funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Wolfe. Burial was in the Hamblin cemetery southwest of Winterset. Miss Berry was a life-long resident of Madison county and had been in ill health some time.

Coordinator's note: Per her Iowa Death Certificate, her name was "Sarah Jane Berry" and she died at the County Farm in Douglas Township.
