George Cooper’s sister, Stella Lane of Osceola passed away on Friday morning at the Clarke county hospital. The funeral was held in Lorimor and interment was at Union Chapel cemetery.

Thayer

Stella Mae Lane, former resident of Thayer for many years passed away at the Clarke county hospital Feb. 22. The funeral was held Sunday, Feb. 24, 1963 at 2:50 p.m. at Watts-Soll Funeral Home in Lorimor. Rev. Carl Crouse officiating. Music by Mrs. Roy Eyeburg. Interment at Union Chapel cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Chris Nelsemier, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Nelsemier, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Nelsemier, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Justice, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hansen, Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Hansen, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Landers and Mr. and Mrs. Nolen Huntsman all of Thayer attended the funeral.
