LONG TIME RESIDENT DIES AT HOME THURS.

Mrs. Matthew Purscell, 72, who had been in ill health some time, died August 13 at her home here. She was the daughter of Wilson and Sarah Dorrell and was born here January 25, 1864.

Mrs. Purscell was Orinda Florence Dorrell and was married to Isaac Berlien who died September 1913. She was later married to Matthew Purscell. She is survived by her husband and two children by her first marriage: Mrs. T. L. DeBord, Winterset and Clarence Berlien of Glenwood; two brothers Harvey Dorrell of Des Moines and Condo Dorrell of Duluth, Minnesota; and a sister Lillian Bragg of Seattle, Washington.

Services were held from the Tidrick funeral home Saturday morning conducted by the Rev. J. H. Cochrane with burial in the Baptist cemetery.
