Earl William Putney, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl W. Putney, was born Monday morning at 9:20 o’clock, June 5, 1944, and passed peacefully away after living only a half hour.

He leaves to mourn their loss his parents, three sisters, Ruby Marie, Fern Elaine and Judy Ann. One grandpa, Earl Putney, Sr., two aunts, Mrs. Mary Cook of Illinois and Mrs. Mary McCorkle of Dexter, also three uncles, Devere, Charlie and Henry Taylor.

Services were held at the Linn Funeral Home conducted by Rev. Reed Kessler. Interment was made in the Earlham cemetery.
