DEATH OF T. S. LYNCH

Mrs. B. N. Campbell received word the first of the week of the death of her brother, T. S. Lynch at his home in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Lynch was nearly 90 years of age, and had been in poor health for some time.

Mr. Lynch was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Martin Lynch and made his home here for many years. Forty-seven years ago, he moved to Colorado and for the past fourteen years he has been making his home in California.

The deceased enlisted in Company H 23d Volunteers at Winterset, August 9, 1862, and was the last survivor of that company. His wife, who was the former Elizabeth Hinkle died fifteen years ago, and was buried at Lamar, Colorado. The body of Mr. Lynch was taken back to Lamar, and funeral services are being held there.

In addition to his sister, Mrs. Campbell, Mr. Lynch leaves three daughters and one son; Mrs. Alda Maxwell of Los Angeles, Mrs. Dolly Applegate and Mrs. Roy Strain of Lamar, Colorado, and Fred Lynch of Colton, California.
