ARLIE C. HENTHORNE

Arlie C. “Dutch” Henthorne, 86, of Holtville, Calif., died Feb. 6 of a kidney ailment at an El Centro, Calif., hospital.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Dunn’s Funeral Home and burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens.

Born in Madison County, Mr. Henthorne lived in Des Moines most of his life and in California since 1975. He was a retired salesman at Dave Ostrem Imports.

Survivors include a daughter, Sue Biley of Prescott; a son, A. Pete Henthorne of Holtville; a sister, Georgia Cunningham of Holtville; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The family suggests that any memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.

Friends may call until service time at the funeral home.
