Jerald W. Snedden, age 72, passed away October 15, 2015 at Methodist Hospital in Des Moines.
Jerry was born May 25, 1943 to Pearl (Healy) and William Snedden in Des Moines, Iowa.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Verlee Snedden; daughters, Patricia (Jeff) Farr, Teresa Hendricks, Cindy (Michael) Leaders and Stephanie (Derek) Fister; step-children, Danielle (Nate) Rowland and Aaron (Melissa) McGuire; grandchildren, Lauren, Hunter, Cody, Trenton "TJ", Reed, Samantha, Wyatt, Riley, Grayson, Henry, Tessa, Jacob and Jordan; sister, Klaudia Kromer; beloved nieces, nephews, friends and other loving family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, William "Loren" Snedden.
A celebration of life will be held 12:30 pm, Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at Heartland Presbyterian Church, 14300 Hickman Road in Clive. Visitation will occur from 4-7 pm, Monday, October 19, 2015 at Hamilton's on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Parkway. A private family burial will be held at the Jefferson Township Cemetery in Van Meter, Iowa.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Heartland Presbyterian Church in loving memory of Jerry.
