Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Murdock Funeral Home in Perry. Burial will be in Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry. Visitation will be from 11 a.m.- 1p.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Murdock Funeral Home. Naomi passed away Thursday, August 27, 2015 at her home in Perry.
Naomi Elizabeth Dickerson was born August 4, 1938 the daughter of Emerald and Mildred (Brittain) Waltz in rural Madison County, IA. She was united in marriage to Wilbur Dickerson on July 1, 1956 in Perry. Naomi worked as a Nurses Aid at Dallas County Hospital for many years.
Survivors include her husband Wilbur Dickerson of Perry, IA; three sons William (Barbara) Dickerson of Runnells, IA, Robert (Nancy) Dickerson of West Des Moines, IA and Scot (Sherry) Dickerson of Clive, IA; Seven grandchildren Raguel Dickerson, Steele Dickerson, Andrew Dickerson, Nathan Dickerson, Daniel Dickerson and Luke Dickerson; one great grandchild Anson Jason Dickerson.
Memorials are suggested to the Humane Society of Perry and may be left or sent to Murdock Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left at murdockfuneralhome.net
