County News - Peru

Will Porter passed away Tuesday morning at the Methodist hospital in Des Moines where he had been for several weeks for treatment. His body was brought to Peru Thursday and the funeral was held that afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Methodist church, Rev. Cook, of the Methodist church, having charge of the service. Interment was made at the Peru cemetery.
