Funeral services for Clint Crawford, who died at his home Tuesday night, Sept. 21 were held from the Kale funeral home Friday at 3 p.m. in charge of Rev. Fields with interment being made in the St. Charles cemetery.

Clinton Crawford, 72, a highly respected citizen of Warren county passed away at his home near the Broadhorn station Tuesday evening, Sept. 21st after a year’s illness. He had lived on the farm where he died for 47 years, coming to that farm when he was married in 1901. He was a kind, loving husband and devoted to his children and a good neighbor. He is survived by his wife, four sons, Clee of Winterset, Keith, James and Duane and one daughter, Mrs. Winnie March of St. Charles and also four grandchildren. He also leaves two brothers, Pearl of St. Charles, Albert of Tulare, California, and one sister, Mrs. Amy Montgomery of St. Charles.
Funeral services were conducted at the Kale funeral home Friday afternoon by Rev. E. L. Field of New Market and a former pastor of the Broadhorn Baptist church.
