John Mott, 95, Died Monday Afternoon

John Mott passed away Monday p.m. at the Roy Newlin home where he had lived with his daughter and family for nearly three years. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Friends Meeting house north of town. Interment will be the next day at Whittier, Iowa.

John Mott was in his 95th year. A few hours after his death a message was received from Fairhope, Alabama, that his brother, James had passed away the evening before at the age of 90. Both of these men were brothers of Chester Mott.
