LAST RITES FOR J. R. McKEE HELD IN PERU

J. R. McKee died suddenly Saturday evening and services were at the Methodist church in Peru, Monday at two o'clock.

Mr. McKee made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Hulin who lives at the south edge of town. He had been feeling fine, and that evening said to his daughter "We must hurry so we can get to town early." He laid down on the hammock and, hearing him moaning the family went to him and found him dead.

His wife died a little over a year ago. He left a daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Hulin, and two sons, Dewey and Warren McKee.
