Mrs. Sarah Flemming, daughter of Grandmother Cooper, died at her home in the northern part of the city, Tuesday forenoon, of cancer. The funeral occurred at the house Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from whence her remains were carried to the city cemetery where they were laid in their last resting place. The bereaved family have the sympathy of the entire community.

Mesdames C. W. Budd and Mary Kopp of Des Moines, were called home by the serious illness of their mother, Mrs. Sarah Flemming, who died shortly after their arrival here.
