Death of Mrs. Henry Gustin

Last Thursday, February 8, at 7:15 p. m. occurred the death of Mrs. Bessie Gustin, wife of Professor Henry Gustin of Macksburg. Mrs. Gustin had been a great sufferer for the past four weeks but stood her sickness without a murmur. She was 24 years of age, highly educated and accomplished. This beautiful little woman was dearly loved by all who knew her for her sweet, kind disposition which will never be forgotten.

She leaves a husband and two small children, a father and two brothers to mourn her loss. Her brother, Geo. Hill, of Pachech, Ky., was at her bedside until the last. The remains were taken to her old home in Illinois for burial.
