Neighborhood News - De Soto

The death of Eileen Carty, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Carty, occurred Sunday morning, September 1st, after an illness of eleven years.

Her funeral services were held at the M. E. church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by Rev. James Walls, with interment in the Fairview cemetery.

Local persons attending the funeral of Miss Eilene Carty, 15, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Carty, of De Soto, services for whom were held at De Soto and interment at Fairview Tuesday afternoon included Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Merical, Mr. and Mrs. I. E. Inman, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Gordon, and Mrs. John N. Conrad.
