Thursday, May 6, 1926The body of James Day, aged 54, brother of Dr. E. S. Day was brought overland from Des Moines Monday evening, and interred in Earlham cemetery Tuesday morning, a short service being read at the grave by Rev. Williams. The remains were accompanied from New York by Judge Day, of Lincoln, a Justice of the Nebraska Supreme Court. As related last week, the deceased passed away suddenly in New York City, where he was employed on a daily newspaper.
