Funeral services were held at Malvern Sunday afternoon for Lewis M. Gray, 79, 1116 Third avenue, Council Bluffs.

He had been ill the last two years and had been in a local convalescent hospital, Mr. Gray farmed near Malvern for 30 years and had lived in Council Bluffs the last four years. He was born in Osceola.

He is survived by his widow; two daughters, Mrs. Henry Neal of Council Bluffs and Mrs. Shirley Greenlie of Pacific Junction; a son, Frank Gray of Council Bluffs; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
