Mrs. Mary Leddy, of Baldwin, Jackson county, died on Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. D. H. Phillips, of Webster township, from cancer. The deceased had been in Des Moines hospital for treatment and a few weeks ago came to spend the remainder of her days with her daughter. Mr. and Mrs. Phillips accompanied the remains to her former home for burial, leaving here Tuesday evening.
