Eva Loudon, Des Moines, Iowa

The Lord decided it was time for Eva to come home. Eva Leona Loudon 83 years old peacefully passed away on Tuesday October 7th, 2014. Eva was born March 28th 1931 in Creston IA to Clarence and Vera Allison. A celebration of life will be held…1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Highland Park Funeral Home, 3500 6th Ave., Des Moines, Iowa. Eva graduated Creston High School in 1949 and went on to marry Jim Loudon, They moved to Des Moines, IA where she was a devoted worker retiring with Sears after 20 years of dedicated service. Eva was a proud member of the Firestone Ladies Auxiliary Club and enjoyed reading in her spare time. Eva also enjoyed anything that had to do with politics and spending holidays with her family.

Eva was survived by her brother Melvin & Shirley Allison, once husband Jim Loudon 2 sons Christopher and Jeffrey & Berlene Loudon, 6 Grandchildren Chad, Carrie, Christy, Jeremy, Ashlea & Nathan Hausen, Chellee & Jeremy Polson and 6 great grandchildren Destiny, Marissa, Nikko, Isabella, Madalynne, & Jaxon and all her nieces and nephews.

Eva was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Vera Allison Siblings Oralee Fulton, Larry Allison, and Wilma Gilman.
