Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Peterson, residing east of DeSoto, became the parents of a baby boy this afternoon about four o’clock, but the little visitor from afar tarried but a short time in his world of sorrows, slipping back to the mystery from which it came in spite of the mortal hopes and dreams. Mr. and Mrs. Peterson will be sympathized with in their hour of loss. A short funeral service will be held at the home Friday afternoon, conducted by Rev. Howard, and interment will be in Earlham Cemetery.
