SALLY ANN SPARKS, Des Moines

Sally Ann Sparks, 41, passed away at Kavanagh on 56th Street Friday, March 14, 2014.

Sally was born July 5, 1972 in Sac City, Iowa to Keith and Judy (Murphy) Sparks. She grew up in Pleasantville, Iowa. She was employed by ING in customer service and volunteered at the Animal Rescue League. Sally loved to fish, read, and camp.

Sally is survived by her parents, Keith and Judy Sparks of Winterset; sister, Cindy "C.J." Sparks (Boyd Tiffin) of Urbandale; brother, Steve Sparks (Michele) of Norwalk; aunt, Bonnie Morrow of Tama; and grandmother, Ava Sparks of Norwalk.

According to Sally's wishes, cremation has occurred. There will be a celebration of Sally's life on July 5 at the family farm in Winterset, time to be established.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa. The family wishes to thank Dr. Elg and staff, Kavanagh on 56th, and Methodist North 5 for their exceptional care of Sally.
