Harry B. Garringer, son of Mrs. Eva Garringer, died on last Friday evening and was buried in the Earlham cemetery the following afternoon at three o’clock, Rev. H. E. McGrew conducting the services. On account of the malady which caused his death, diphtheria, the funeral was private.

Harry had been ill only a few days and the disease did not develop fully until a few hours before his death, and then it quickly accomplished its work. Harry was a bright, industrious boy and his death is a sad blow to his widowed mother. He was born in Broken Bow, Nebraska, July 13, 1888 and at the time of his demise was aged 11 years, 10 months and 12 days.
