FORMER RESIDENT DIES AT ST LOUIS

Mrs. May Hillis, for many years a resident of Winterset, died Monday, April 26, at the home of her daughter, Edith, in St. Louis, Mo. She was the widow of the late Doctor Hillis of this community.

The Hillis family lived here for many years in the residence on West Court avenue now occupied by the Dwight Johnsons.

Cremation services were held at St. Louis. The ashes will be brought here next Monday for burial, accompanied by the daughter, Edith and a son, Harry Hillis.
