Mrs. Mary Crossley, formerly of this place, passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. Christenson of Friend, Nebr., Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. Christenson and brother brought the remains to Patterson Friday morning. Rev. Lister preached the funeral sermon. Burial was by the side of her husband in Montpelier cemetery.
