Mr. and Mrs. Verd Creger and children of Peru, visited Saturday at the home of his father, J. H. Creger and attended the funeral of his uncle, Lee Creger.

Lee Creger, a former resident of Truro, passed away Wednesday night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Nina Debey at Orange City, after an illness of over five years. The body was brought to Truro Friday morning, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Debey and Ed Creger of Wisconsin, and taken to the home of his son R. A. Creger.

The funeral was held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Christian church, conducted by Rev. D. W. Thompson of Des Moines, a former pastor, and the body was taken to the Young cemetery east of town for burial.
