Louise Marie Estel, 85, was born September 3, 1926 in Eldora, Iowa, the daughter of Floyd and Tilde (Michaelson) Price. She passed away peacefully Sunday, September 2, 2012 at Altoona Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Louise married Harry Estel in 1973. She was an avid Iowa Cubs fan and enjoyed attending games and cheering them on.

Louise is survived by her sons, Jimmy Estel and Allen Estel; sister-in-law, Margaret Price; other loving relatives and many special friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Harry Estel; her parents and 7 brothers.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Winterset Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League in loving memory of Louise. One-line condolences may be directed to www. HamiltonsFuneralHome.com.
