Terry Kenoyer
(February 26, 1956 - February 21, 2013)

Terry Kenoyer, age 56, of Carroll passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at the Zearing Health Care Center in Zearing, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church in Carroll with Rev. Dennis Bailey officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 12:30 P.M. on Wednesday until the time of service. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery in Earlham, Iowa. Casket bearers will be: Debra Crisp, Allisa Kluver, Jake Hinote, Melissa Krula, Andrew Smith, and Jason Mueggenberg.

Terry was born in Earlham, Iowa on February 26, 1956. Terry has been part of the New Hope family for 32 years, moving to New Hope from Woodward State Hospital School in 1981. He enjoyed working, especially folding paper. He enjoyed teasing and joking around with others on a daily basis. Terry had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. Terry enjoyed going out to eat, going for walks around Swan Lake, and especially swimming. Terry was very social, loved being around animals and children of all ages. Terry enjoyed horseback riding and going to Adventureland with friends.

Terry is survived by four brothers: Henry Kenoyer and his wife Norma of Madrid, Iowa, John Kenoyer and his wife Sherry of Adel, Iowa, Bob Kenoyer and his wife Diane of Arkansas, and Ron Kenoyer of Des Moines, Iowa; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is also survived by his guardian, Dora Lou Guion, long time friend, Lou Ann Tigges, and his New Hope Family.

He was preceded in death by his parents Harvey and Emma Kenoyer; three sisters: Corrine, Mary, and Wanda; his long time friend, Victor Tigges, and his lifelong friends from New Hope. Terry will greatly be missed by his family and friends.
