JUDITH ANN MILES, Colorado

Judith Ann Maier was born in Rantoul, Ill., on Nov. 18, 1933, to Frederick and Irma Maier. She attended school in Rantoul, Ill., and was raised in Thomasboro, Ill. Judy graduated from Beautician College. She married Milo Miles on Feb. 14, 1959, and had a grand 54-year marriage. She enjoyed travel with her husband in their recreational vehicles. Her past time pleasure was reading, Sudoku, her plants and the Red Hat Ladies Society. Judith died Friday, May 10, 2013. 

Judith is survived by her husband Milo, who was raised in Patterson, Iowa; her children Deborah (Nicholas) Kelman of  Fergus Falls, Minn., Michael Miles of Arvada, Colo.; grandchildren, Brett (Jodi) Kelman of Mt. Horeb, Wisc., Brandon Kelman of Bozeman, Mt., Austin Miles, of Arvada, Colo., and Alicyn Miles of Rapid City, SD; and great-grandchildren Leam and Fiona Kelman.
 
Visitation will be held today (Wednesday, May 22) from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Aspen Arvada Chapel (6370 Union St., Arvada, Colo.), followed by interment at Fort Logan National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. at staging area “B”.
