Leo Forsyth, 70, of Fort Collins, Colo., died Sunday evening, April 7, 2013, at Pathways Hospice Center in Loveland, Colo.
A Celebration of Leo’s life will take place in the mountains of Colorado and the coast of North Carolina.
Leo was born Sept. 20, 1942, to Wilbur and Louise Forsyth in Winterset, Iowa.
Leo is survived by his wife, Mary of Fort Collins; brother, Michael; sister, Mary; sons, Harold, Kevin and Jeff; daughters, Crystal, Jeanie and Angie, all of Winterset; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and step children Lisa of Fort Collins and Bill of Hubert, NC.
