Graveside services for Edward A. Hoover, 101, a resident of the New Haven Rest Home who died there Saturday, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the cemetery at Peru, Ia.

Born in Madison County, Mr. Hoover was a retired farmer and had been a Des Moines resident 40 years.

He is survived by a son, Emery, of Portland, Ore.; a daughter, Mrs. Bessie Shetterly, of Oklee, Minn.; eight grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
