ADEL, IA.—Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Adel Methodist Church for Irven Leroy Hazen, 90, who died Sunday at Fountain West Nursing Home in Des Moines, where he had lived the past year. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery at Van Meter.

Mr. Hazen, a Van Meter native, lived in Adel 38 years and was a self-employed contract trucker before his retirement.

Survivors include two sons, Merle of Des Moines and Donald of Mercer Island, Wash.; 10 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
