Services for Martha Jane Evans, 61, of Elm Crest Care Center, 2348 E. Ninth St., who died there Thursday of cancer, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home with burial at Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

Born in Winterset, she lived in Des Moines for several years.

Survivors include two brothers, Donald of El Paso, Tex., and Thomas of Hesperia, Calif.
