Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church for Dorothy Mae King, 38, of Mount Rainer, Md., formerly of Des Moines, who died Tuesday of cancer at Mount Rainer.

Burial will be at St. Patrick’s Cemetery at the Irish Settlement.

Born in Des Moines, Miss King lived in Des Moines for 20 years. She was employed at the Humanities Library at Catholic University in Washington, D.C.

Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. F. (Tony) King of Des Moines; a brother, J.R. (Dick) King of Wichita Falls, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Patricia Piper of Boston, Mass., and Kathleen S. King of Charleston, S.C.; and her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Laura King of Muskogee, Okla. A rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. today at the Westover Funeral Home.
