Homer Dean Lynch, St. Charles

Services for Homer Dean Lynch, 69, a St. Charles native who died Sept. 6 at the Des Moines General Hospital, will be held Thursday, Sept. 9 at 11 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in St. Charles with Rev. Chet Waterman officiating. Burial will be in the St. Charles Cemetery with Kale Funeral Home of Truro handling the arrangements.

He was born April 17, 1913 to Lewis Lynch and Leona Van Scoy Lynch. He attended school in St. Charles. On June 17, 1942, he was married to Lila Woolery at Bethany, Mo. He was a produce and feed store operator and a member of the Methodist Church at St. Charles.

Survivors include his wife; a half sister, Zella Gray of Winterset; and a half-brother, Henry Hasslinger of Apple Valley, Calif.
