Mrs. Fred Bowlsby Dies at Age of 86 Years

Funeral services for Mrs. Fred Bowlsby, the former Ada R. Lowden, were held from the Hamilton Funeral Home in Des Moines Monday, March 26th. She died at the home of her son Arthur and wife in Des Moines after a lingering illness. She was 86 years of age.

She is survived by the son, two grandsons, a number of nieces and nephews. Burial was in the Winterset cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Bowlsby lived in the Winterset community for a number of years, Mr. Bowlsby being a rural letter carrier here.
