Ruth Trumble Dies at Creston

Ruth Leona Trumble, a former St. Charles resident, died Sunday, April 17, 1977, at Greater Community Hospital in Creston. She was 52 years of age.

Mrs. Trumble was born September 3, 1924, in Des Moines, the daughter of Franklin and Mary Arnold Crawford. Her marriage to Edgar O. Trumble took place December 10, 1952.

Mrs. Trumble was educated in the St. Charles schools and was affiliated with the St. Charles Christian Church.

Survivors include a son, Frank, of St. Charles; a half-brother, Jessie Crawford, of St. Charles; and a half-sister, Dortha Wilkinson, of Fullerton, California.

Services were conducted Wednesday, April 20 at 10:30 a.m. from Kale Funeral Home in Truro, Rev. Eldon Ringle officiating. Burial was made at the St. Charles Cemetery.
