Services For Veda D. Jessup

Funeral services were conducted Friday, February 20, 1976, for Veda D. Jessup, a lifetime resident of Madison County, where she died Tuesday, February 17, 1976 at Madison County Memorial Hospital in Winterset. She was 79 years of age.

Mrs. Jessup was born March 12, 1896, in Madison County, the daughter of Frank D. Dick and Della A. Iiams Dick. Her marriage to Frank Jessup took place March 2, 1916 in Madison County.

A housewife, Mrs. Jessup was affiliated with the First Christian Church.

Survivors include three brothers, Earl Dick of Winterset, Miles Dick of Burlington and Stanley Dick of Winterset.

Preceding Mrs. Jessup in death was her husband, Frank Jessup, whose death occurred August 27, 1970, also her parents and a daughter, Naomi Ruth, aged six years.

Services for Mrs. Jessup were held in Winterset at Collins Funeral Home, the Rev. Eldon Jandebeur officiating. Burial was made at the Winterset Cemetery.
