Graveside Services for Former Resident

Jeannette E. Beck was born October 11, 1881 in Madison County the daughter of James G. Beck and Mary B. Thomson Beck and died January 14, 1976 at the Presbyterian Home in Glendale, California.

Miss Beck served as Madison County Recorder from 1912 through December 1918 and had owned a beauty shop in Winterset for several years. She retired moving to California and in recent years had lived in the Presbyterian Home in Glendale. She was affiliated with the United Presbyterian Church.

Graveside services were conducted at the Winterset Cemetery Monday afternoon, February 2nd with Rev. Alan Parker officiating.

She is survived by nieces and nephews, Mrs. O. C. Willcox of Winterset, being a niece.
