Mrs. Stoneman Rites at Truro

Funeral services for Lillian Henrietta Stoneman, a life long resident of the St. Charles-Truro area were held this Monday afternoon, October 14 from the Kale Funeral Home at Truro.

Mrs. Stoneman died October 11 at Madison County Memorial Hospital. She was 82 years of age.

A daughter of Peter and Catherine Freurmuth Attig, she was born January 21, 1892 at St. Charles.

On December 21, 1914, she was married to William Stoneman, who preceded her in death.

A housewife, Mrs. Stoneman spent her lifetime in Madison County.

She is survived by a son, Loren Stoneman, of St. Charles.

Officiating at the funeral Monday was the Rev. Eldon Ringle. Burial was in the St. Charles Cemetery.
