Grenville Waldron Dies at 61 Years

Grenville F. Waldron, long time employee of grocery and produce stores in Winterset, died at his home at 223 West North Street on January 9, 1973. He was 61 years of age.

Mr. Waldron was born in Gallatin, Missouri on August 3, 1911, the son of Fred and Hazel Shively Waldron. He lived most of his life in Winterset and was most recently employed by the Bizz Mart Super Value Store of this town.

Mr. Waldron was never married, and is survived by his sister, Mrs. Joe Benjamin of Winterset. He was affiliated with the Methodist Church and was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Lions Club.

Funeral services were held January 12 at 1:30 p.m. from Collins Funeral Home with burial at Winterset Cemetery. Rev. Newton Coughenour conducted the services.
