Burial Monday For Gladys Baker

Gladys Rose Baker, a resident of Madison County since her birth on July 4, 1900, died Friday, Jan. 5 at the Madison Manor Nursing Home, Winterset.

The only child of E. H. Baker and his wife Jennie Poffinbarger, Miss Baker was never married and is survived by several cousins. She was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held Monday, Jan. 8, at 3:00 p.m. from the Collins Funeral Home, with burial at the North McDonald cemetery. Elder Walter Acton conducted the funeral services.
