Burial at Peru For Reeves Youth

Funeral services for Kristin Rae Reeves, 11-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Reeves of Des Moines, formerly of Peru, were held May 3rd from the Hamilton Funeral Home in Des Moines. Burial was in the Peru cemetery.

The youth died April 30th. Death was attributed to strangulation on an apple.

Kristin is survived by a brother, Douglas, age 5; a sister, Lisa, age 7; her parents; a great grandmother, Mrs. Susie Hogue of Peru; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Baker of Peru and Mrs. Verba Reeves of Maryville, Mo.

Officiating at the funeral service was the Rev. John Groen of the Open Bible Church in Des Moines.
