Lewis Matthew Mease was born May 22, 1971 and passed away on June 22, 2009. Lewis is survived by his parents, Paula and Terry Hoskinson and Martin and Laura Mease, Fiancé, Susie Morrissey, brother, Rodney Hoskinson, sister, Wendy Goering, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles; grandparents, Kenneth and Anna Mae Seemann.
Lewis was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ival and Edith Mease and a brother, Brendon Mease.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, at Christ Lutheran Church, 22952 141 Drive, Bouton, IA 50039 (Hwys 141/169 intersection). There will be a visitation following the service. The family will hold a private burial at a later date.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the charity of your choice in Lewis' name.
