Mrs. Ray Paxton of Lorimor Dies

Mrs. Ray Paxton of Lorimor died Thursday, April 24 at a Des Moines hospital. She was 68 years of age.

Mrs. Paxton had been a resident of the ---------------- years. She was a native of Page county, where she was born Oct. 11, 1900, a daughter of Henry and Mary Wittick Meyers. She was married Feb. 11, 1920 to Ray Paxton who survives her.

She was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran church at Winterset.

Mrs. Paxton also leaves two daughters, Mrs. Forest Spencer of Peru and Mrs. Robert Witt of Macksburg; two sons, Dillard Paxton of Lorimor and Duane Paxton of Milton, Fla.; 15 grandchildren, four great grandchildren; and a sister Mrs. Louise Von Duelingen of Clarinda.

Funeral services were held Sunday from the St. Paul Lutheran church in Winterset, conducted by the Rev. Edward R. ---. Burial was made in the Peru cemetery.
