Elizabeth E. McGrath McMichael, 94, of New Oaks Care Center died of pneumonia there Monday. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Mount Pelier Cemetery in Patterson.

Mrs. McMichael had lived in Des Moines all her life. She had worked for Rollins Hosiery Mill and Mable’s Café.

A sister, Alice Hodges of Des Moines survives. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, where a rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.
