Services for Mrs. Betty L. Barnes Beedle, 40, of 1414 Thirty-third St., will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Chamberlain-Fisher Home in Adel, with burial in the Fairview Cemetery near DeSoto.

Mrs. Beedle died of a heart ailment Saturday at her home after a brief illness.

Mrs. Beedle was born in Adel and lived in Des Moines 17 years. She was a member of the West Des Moines Church of God.

Survivors include her husband, Billy Joe; two daughters, Brenda Jean, at home and Cheryl Ann Hubbard of Des Moines; a son, David P. Hubbard, serving in the armed forces; three brothers, Walter Holmes of Great Falls, Mont., Paul V. Holmes of Santee, Calif., and Fred A. Barnes of Commerce City, Colo.; and her mother, Mrs. Norma Barnes of Adel.
