ORIENT, IA.—Claude Nelson, 75, of Orient, a retired mechanic, died of a respiratory ailment Monday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Keating-Lindsay Funeral Home in Creston. Burial will be in Moon Cemetery in Macksburg.

Mr. Nelson was born in Adair County. He was owner and operator of Zion Garage.

Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Rogers of Des Moines; two sons, Robert of Westminster, Calif., and Harold of Charles City; two sisters; and five grandchildren.

Services for Claude Nelson, 75, of Orient, who died of a respiratory ailment Monday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines were at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Keating-Lindsay Funeral Home in Creston.

Survivors include his wife, Winifred. Her name was omitted in Wednesday’s obituary due to incorrect information provided by the funeral home.
