Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Assumption Catholic Church in Churchville for Edward P. McManus, 69, of 1409 Clark St., who died Wednesday of a heart ailment at Iowa Methodist Medical Center.

Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Churchville.

Born in Bevington, Mr. McManus lived in Des Moines for 35 years and was a machinist at the Electrical Engineering Co. before his retirement. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge.

There are no immediate survivors.

A rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today at the Caldwell-Brien-Robbins Funeral Home.
