Truro News Bits

A son was born to Mr. and Mrs. Bill Durfey Monday, July 12 at the Winterset Memorial hospital. The baby lived but a short time. Funeral services were held Thursday at 11 o’clock at the Kale Funeral home in charge of Rev. Eldon Hayworth of St. Charles with interment in the Hartman cemetery.

Funeral services for the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Durfey who passed away at the Blank Memorial hospital in Des Moines early Tuesday morning were held at the Kale funeral home, Friday, July 15, at 11 a. m. Rev. Hayworth, minister of the St. Charles Methodist church, was in charge. Burial was in the Hartman cemetery.
